We will rebuild the core services of Toronto together in a fiscally sound way so that every day life is not just not about financial survival. The same old faces and status quo have allowed  Toronto to crumble - To be honest, I  can only see 

 Toil and Sweat

  but we can stop the

     Blood and Tears.

1. Immediate "Affordable Apartment Plan" using existing dwellings to create affordable Housing with the aid of micro loans

2. Preserving Existing Affordable Housing Through Conditional Demolition and Building Permits and ALL Means Legally Possible

3. 20% Toronto Infrastructure Tax on all development funded by foreign interests and ban new Airbnb's and establish guidelines and quotas

4. Restore Traffic Movement by Redefining the TTC footprint on roads

5. Senior Care and "Retire In Place" micro loans to renovate your house to meet your needs as you grow older 

6. Meaningful Indigenous Reconciliation and creation of a Indigenous Park curated by Indigenous 

7. Enforce Value for Your Tax Dollars when the City of Toronto awards contracts and create penalties for failures to meet guidelines and timelines

8. Reveal and Justify all Budgetary Expenditures in real time on social media - No More "Other" budgetary line entries

9. Revive Live Music in Toronto and make this city a music capital as Nashville is to the United States
